We’re looking for a (Senior) Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI & Analytics team. You will collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build services that automate processes and drive innovation at scale.

Your Mission

• Be an integral part of the AI & Analytics team, developing ML/AI solutions within an event-driven architecture (EDA/ECST).
• Define and maintain software engineering best practices, ensuring high code quality.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation with the Product Manager to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Share knowledge within your team and across the wider product development unit, creating quick proof-of-concepts when needed.
• Engage with non-technical stakeholders such as operations and management to discuss AI/LLMs potentials and limitations.

Your Skills

• Degree in data science, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in building scalable, production-grade machine learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python; SQL experience is a plus.
• Experience with lifecycle management tools like MLflow and containerization with Docker.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including agentic AI applications, is a big plus.
• Comfort working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-taking, and full project ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, open, and sociable attitude.
