Overview
In this role you own the full product path from problem to outcome, shaping product experiences in an AI-enabled framework. You work closely with engineering to ensure platform stability while validating outcomes through data and user feedback. You proactively understand customer needs and design end-to-end journeys that balance usability with technical depth. You will influence product direction in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment and help drive measurable impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own discovery, design, implementation, validation, release and follow-up for product features—no hand-offs
- Engage with customers and observe how they work to uncover real needs
- Design end-to-end user journeys that simplify complex workflows
- Prototype and validate ideas with sketches, mockups and working software
- Make independent scope decisions about what ships and what is deferred
- Track post-release outcomes through usage data and feedback
- Communicate clearly with customers, engineers, commercial teams and leadership
