Aufgaben
- Konzeption und Gestaltung von innovativen Softwarelösungen in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden sowie unserem Produktmanagement und den internationalen Entwicklungsteams
- Detaillierung von Fachkonzeptionen für die Softwareentwicklung
- Teilnahme an Workshops bei Interessenten und Kunden
- Design von Benutzeroberflächen und Workflows für unsere omnikanalfähigen Softwarelösungen
- Betreuung unserer Entwicklungsteams aus fachlicher Sicht während des gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozesses auf Basis agiler Vorgehensmethodik
Profil
- Eine bankfachliche Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Informatik
- Erste Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Softwareentwicklung, Unternehmensberatung oder bei einem Finanzdienstleister
- Gute IT-Grundkenntnisse, insbesondere für innovative Web-Anwendungen
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe IT-Affinität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen im In- und Ausland
