The role:
Management and expansion of the quality engineering team
Planning and coordination of verification and validation for software releases
Expansion of automated test frameworks (including Playwright, Typescript, Cucumber
Ensuring fast and reliable CI/CD pipelines
Interface function between engineering, DevOps, product and other teams
Responsibility for risk management and audit preparation (e.g., IEC 62304)
Promotion of a culture of quality throughout the product and engineering departments
Requirements:
Completed technical degree or equivalent training
At least 10 years of experience in software quality management, including 5 years in a management position
Proven experience in fast-growing companies
In-depth knowledge of QA methods, tools, and processes
Ideally, experience in regulated industries (medtech, finance, automotive, etc.) and in audit management
The offer:
Annual gross salary staring at €95,000 (all-in, overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
