Are you passionate about taking on responsibility, organizing, and creating creative menus? At the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a stylish, service-oriented operations team. You’ll work closely with the executive chef, manage operations, nurture talent within the team, and use your experience to make a significant contribution to guest satisfaction—in an environment that prioritizes professionalism, fairness, and professional development.
• You’ll support the kitchen team in planning, organizing, and preparing menus
• You will coordinate kitchen operations and assist with the training and development of teammates and apprentices
• Quality assurance, mise en place planning, and HACCP compliance
• Assistance with cost control, ordering, and inventory management
• Ensure smooth service operations during your shift
Be able.
• Completed culinary training and extensive professional experience
• Passion for cooking and the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Good command of German and English
