Your Role
As Chief Engineer (m/f/d) you will lead our technology team.
In your diverse and varied field of activity, you will be primarily responsible for developing concepts and strategies in the areas of maintenance, safety, environmental protection, and sustainability.
Your most important tasks will include:
- Administrative and operational management of our technical department
- Monitoring the perfect condition of all operating equipment and compliance with accident prevention regulations
- Coordination and awarding of repair orders to partner companies
- Budget monitoring and cost control for your area
- Project management of possible conversion or renovation measures within the hotel
- Contact person for safety and partner companies such as the fire department, public utilities, suppliers, and building owners
- Checking the target and actual status of all maintenance contracts in compliance with building, restaurant, and fire department guidelines
- Ensuring and monitoring HACCP and occupational health and safety guidelines
Your Qualifications:
- Completed technician training or comparable training/studies
- Relevant professional and management experience
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Good knowledge of German and English
