We are looking for a Health, Safety and Security Manager with a strong background in hospitality and security, ideally enhanced by experience abroad in luxury hotels. This international exposure is essential to understanding diverse cultural expectations, adapting global best practices, and upholding W\’s world-class standards of safety, discretion, and service excellence.

Your Role
Ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and talents.

Serve as a key member of the hotel emergency response team, coordinating procedures with precision and professionalism.

Develop, implement, and oversee safety protocols and training programs, raising awareness across all departments.

Manage the lost and found process, hotel key issuance, and emergency procedures with a detail-oriented and guest-focused approach.

Lead investigations into incidents such as injuries, illnesses, or unlawful activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Conduct regular patrols and building inspections, documenting observations and advising management on improvements.

Share your international insights to elevate processes, reinforce luxury standards, and train teams in line with global best practices.

Profile
Proven experience in Security/Loss Prevention management, ideally in luxury hospitality.

International hotel experience is strongly valued—exposure abroad brings a deeper understanding of security processes, training excellence, and refined luxury service standards.

Fluent in French and English; other languages are an asset.

Comfortable with night shifts and highly motivated.

Strong sense of detail, discretion, and professionalism.

Passionate about delivering memorable experiences in line with the W lifestyle (taste, sound, body, scene, stance).
