As a Night Audit (m/f/d) you are indispensable for an unforgettable guest experience. The first impression counts & the first impression is you! Become part of our front office team and, together with your team, create moments that remain unforgettable for our guests.
Your most important tasks include:
- Check-in and check-out of our international guests.
- You are the contact person for our guests and advise them on all concerns.
- Together with your team, you will contribute to achieving department goals through upsells and enrollments.
- You always keep a cool head and support complaint management.
- Support in the training and further education of employees and trainees in the front office.
Be able.
- Completed training in hotel management or relevant professional experience in the front office.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of Opera is a plus.
- You are a team player and your heart beats for the hotel industry.
