Heidelberg Marriott Hotel is seeking a Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d) to join our team. As Front Office Supervisor, you are indispensable for an unforgettable guest experience. The first impression counts, and the first impression is you!

Your most important tasks will include:

  • Check-in and check-out of our international guests.
  • Act as the contact person for our guests and advise them in all matters.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the department's goals through upsells and enrollments.
  • Support in complaint management while keeping a cool head.
  • Independently manage shifts and assist with rostering.
  • Process credit limit reports and ensure accounting compliance for invoices.
  • Assist with training and development of front office staff and trainees.

Be Able:

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience at the front office.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications; Opera knowledge is a plus.
  • A team player with a passion for the hotel industry.
