During your apprenticeship with us, no day is the same. You will get to know all of our departments and gradually become a professional in all tasks of a hotel specialist:
Youu2019ll warmly welcome our guests at the reception, be their first point of contact for questions and requests, and always have the perfect insider tip ready.
If something goes wrong, you stay calm u2013 either solving the problem directly or directing it to the right person.
Whether in the bar, restaurant, or at large events, youu2019ll serve food and drinks and create unforgettable moments.
Youu2019ll help out in the kitchen and support with ordering and organizing supplies.
After cleaning, youu2019ll check rooms and public areas to ensure everything shines and meets our standards.
Youu2019ll get a taste of event management and assist in organizing events.
In accounting, youu2019ll check bookings and process invoices u2013 numbers are part of the job too!
Youu2019ll take responsibility for the cash register and manage it independently.
Early or late shifts? Youu2019ll be flexible across all departments and always ready to start.
Before long, youu2019ll manage shifts independently, for example in room service u2013 responsibility from day one!
You have a charming, authentic demeanor, a neat appearance, and clear communication skills.
You have completed your schooling.
Good knowledge of German and English is a given for you.
First experience in the gastronomy, hotel industry, or service sector through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage.
You are a true team player and enjoy working as part of a team.
Creativity and a passion for hospitality come naturally to you.
