**HELP US SHINE!**

• You’ll be responsible for recording variable payroll data (vacation, hours worked, sick days, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate pay for our 250 employees
• Nothing escapes your trained eye: checking pay stubs is the be-all and end-all• With the help of the HR team, you’ll forward all payroll data to our colleagues in Eschborn
• We use the Strada payroll software
• If there are any questions about payroll or overtime, you’ll be there right away to help; and if you don’t have the answer immediately, you’re willing to do the research and find solutions
• You know labor, income tax, and social security law inside and out, and you ensure that the latest changes to German laws and guidelines regarding payroll are available and up to date
• You prepare payroll information for external auditors and consultants
• You assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  **SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!**
• Completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or a business administration program is possible, but not a prerequisite
• Alternatively, a degree with a focus on payroll administration
• Relevant professional experience in at least one similar position, ideally in the hospitality industry
• Certified payroll or social security qualifications
• Analytical thinking skills that remain unflappable under pressure
• A warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
• Engaging communication and presentation skills in German and English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
• Flexibility and an impressive commitment to quality
• An organized and structured approach to work, with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in collaborating across departments
