As Social Media Manager/Content Creator you shape the digital presence of mars agency. You tell the stories behind our events, make our work visible on Instagram and LinkedIn and continuously develop our channels.
- You develop and produce content formats for Instagram and LinkedIn – from Reels and stories to posts.
- You join selected events and capture photo and video material directly on site.
- You cut and edit videos, e.g. with CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- You plan our editorial content and take over the community management.
- You track the performance of our channels and derive new content ideas from it.
- You support marketing campaigns and the news section of our website.

- Experience creating social media content, ideally in an agency or event context.
- A confident feel for visual language, trends and storytelling.
- Confident writing in German and good English.
- Independent, structured way of working.
- Willingness to accompany selected events.
