Job Description:

This position pays between $25-$29/hr($52,000 - $60,320/yearplus annual bonus) based on experience.

The role of the Retail Supervisor is toprovidean unforgettable experience for our Guests both through personal interactions and directing, coaching, andteachingour associates toprovidean incredible experience. They will collaborate withstore managementon all thingsbrand awarenessto drive businessobjectives.Primaryrole to is to be the Manager on duty.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years previous retail management or supervisory experience required.

• Experience managing 20+ associates at a time.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

• A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

• Flexibilityto work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Role models the behaviors of an effective Manager on Duty to ensure the achievement of allsalesobjectivesand goals.

• Contributes tobusiness metrics;celebratessuccess andmakessuggestions for improvement when necessary

• Coaches andprovidesfeedback to associates in various positions andprovidesfeedback to theManagerregardingassociate performance

• Trains and educates Associates on newproduct knowledge,sellingstrategies and newmerchandise presentationtechniques

• Ensures all areas of the store are neat clean, organized, operational and safe

• Demonstrates confidence and focus during periods of high volume or unexpected events to keep storeoperatingto standard and to set a positive example for the store team
