Job Description
IE / FI Engineer
\’s main goal is to drive IE and FI agenda on site by:

• Leading the team of CI Triad Technicians, and together with them deliver FI initiatives on site to improve performance in line with the factory strategy, being a Problem-Solving (PS) SME, driving a PS upskilling across the factory,
• Owning capacity planning process,

Owning factory cost saving program, ensuring YoY cost saving project pipeline delivery according to committed targets.

• Be active ambassador of MSE deployment: be a proactive participant of FI pillar (FI process and PS EE owner)
• Be a line manager of CI Triad technicians, together with them develop and implement performance improvement roadmaps
• Analyse factory related processes and financial metrics and drive improvements; be responsible for 3 years DiB pipeline creation to bring 5-6% YOY savings
• Be a Subject matter expert (SME) in PS methodologies / Coach of FI initiatives on site
• Plan factory capacity and calculates scenarii, continuously improve capacity planning tool / process
• Create project learning curves in collaboration with CVS
• Be active member of local IE team, give functional support to other factory teams when needed

A back-up of IE manager in the Regional IE/MSE communities where applicable
