Defense Practice Leader - Risk Consulting Europe (m/f/d) Our Risk Consulting team is seeking an exceptional Growth Leader to build and scale our European Defense Industry practice.

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded professional who can help shape and expand our presence across the European defense market.

In this role, you will lead the development of our Defense Industry proposition, develop and strengthen senior client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across Marsh in Europe to deliver innovative risk consulting solutions to clients operating in this strategically important sector.

The position offers a unique opportunity to influence market strategy, accelerate growth, and play a defining role in building a leading defense-focused practice across Europe.
