- Achieves sales goals by maintaining and gaining large, high-yield accounts through referrals, strategized cold calls, follow-ups on RFPs, market exposure, and interactions with existing accounts.
- Develops effective methods for targeting and conducting sales cold calls to address business needs, leveraging personal credibility, professional networks, and internal solutions to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Evaluates complex or large-scale account needs to generate appropriate responses to RFPs, sales presentations, and proposals.
- Facilitates the sales process for large or complex accounts, understanding account needs, negotiating pricing and scope, and securing profitable deals.
- Identifies opportunities and advises existing accounts on the business value of products and solutions to expand relationships and target new accounts.
- Leverages understanding of all company solutions to facilitate cross-company sales and maximize profits while meeting client needs.
- Maintains contact with high-level stakeholders throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure service quality.
- Engages regularly with account contacts to maintain market presence and secure future business.
- Participates in professional organizations, attends conferences, and authors studies to expand and maintain a professional network.
