As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client engagements from problem definition through implementation. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. You will help shape the problems we tackle and develop specialized expertise that others seek out. Lead workstreams on client engagements, structuring analyses, and developing actionable recommendations that support client decision-making. Frame hypotheses, identify key business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights. Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to solve complex business issues. Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses, workshops, models, and discussions that help move projects forward. Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and effective stakeholder management. You’ll have the opportunity to work across our industries and capabilities, with the flexibility to specialize early or explore different areas before choosing a path. You’ll likely have the chance to travel within your home market and internationally. No two weeks are ever the same. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, gained at a top-tier strategy consulting firm. An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Experience serving in banking, financial services, insurance, private equity, energy, transportation, and similar areas is advantageous. Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
