marta is building hourly care for people in need of care. We want to double our revenue over the next twelve months and grow into the seven-figure ARR range nationwide. We want to turn the care market upside down, and we are looking for someone who will go all in.

Задачи

• You drive our growth.
• You open up new regions and partnerships, get them up and running, and scale them.
• The revenue you build is your number.
• You build the operating system for the rollout.
• You think in processes and use AI to build, iterate, and scale them.
• You work on topics from strategy to execution.
• You develop the plan and implement it yourself.

Требования

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience at a fast-paced startup, in consulting, or in venture capital
• You think in processes and numbers and use AI as a matter of course
• You want responsibility and pace
• Fluent German
• Будет плюсом: Experience in partner management is a plus
