The Role
We are seeking SAP Sales & Pre-Sales Experts in the areas of Logistics (SD/MM) and Finance (FI/CO) to play a key role in driving our growth in the German market. This is a dual role requiring both commercial and functional capability. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing RFPs, and supporting sales cycles — while also advising clients on SAP strategy and delivering expert insight into S/4HANA transformations and Application Management Services (AMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support business development efforts: from identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, to winning new business.
- Own and drive RFP responses, client proposals, and commercial presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP strategy, roadmaps, and solution design in your functional domain (SD/MM or FI/CO).
- Provide pre-sales solution expertise and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial alignment.
- Engage in both greenfield S/4HANA implementations and AMS engagements, acting as a functional lead or senior advisor.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a go-to partner for SAP strategy and delivery support.
- Stay ahead of SAP innovation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in SAP Sales and/or Pre-Sales roles, ideally within a consulting or systems integrator environment.
- Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following SAP domains:
- Logistics (SAP SD and/or MM)
- Finance (SAP FI and/or CO)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and win RFPs and commercial proposals.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, both from a functional and strategic point of view.
- Ability to work across both transformation (S/4HANA) and AMS landscapes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in German (mandatory) and English.
