SAP HCM/HR Expert – German Payroll | Hybrid (Frankfurt)

Are you an experienced SAP HCM/HR professional with expertise in German Payroll ? We are looking for a skilled specialist to join our team in Frankfurt on a hybrid basis (1-2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote) .

Your Profile:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM/HR with a focus on German Payroll
2. Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English
3. Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and compliance in Germany
4. Experience with SAP PY, PA, OM, Time Management (TM) is a plus
5. Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid setting

Your Responsibilities:

1. Implementation, customization, and support of SAP HCM/HR solutions
2. Managing and optimizing German Payroll processes
3. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to improve HR workflows
4. Troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with German labor laws
5. Supporting system upgrades and enhancements
