Product development and marketing coordinator in Konstanz

Masi GmbH is a premium German supplement company based in Konstanz. We develop and market consumer health and supplement products, and we are building up our factory operations on site at Robert-Gerwig-Strasse 2, 78467 Konstanz. The role also supports commercial work for Masi GmbH and other Masi group companies in the USA, Switzerland, and Spain. There is a possibility to be employed at Masi AG, Switzerland, the corporate centre of the Masi Group.

- Help launch new supplement products end to end: from product formulation, through buying raw materials, to working with pharmacists for advice on formulas - Learn and run marketing and selling on TikTok, Meta, and Google (experience welcome; fast learning is essential) - In the early phase, handle general factory and site work: coordinate outsourced cleaning, renovation, rental of factory gear, electrical installation, and other external companies - Act as office administrator for day-to-day company operations - Once the factory is producing, take ownership of commercial activities: marketing and sales for Masi GmbH and other Masi group companies in the USA, Switzerland, and Spain - Coordinate projects across product, operations, marketing, and sales as the business scales

- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, or a strong track record that matches this mix of product, operations, and commercial work - Able to work through product formulation and supplier steps, including contacting pharmacists for formula advice - Knowledge of TikTok, Meta, and Google marketing and selling — or the ability to learn these channels quickly - Comfortable with hands-on factory and site coordination (cleaning, renovation, equipment rental, electrical and other contractors) - Solid office administration and organisational skills - Ready to grow into marketing and sales responsibility across Germany and group markets (USA, Switzerland, Spain) - Comfortable working on-site full-time in Konstanz - Clear communicator in English; German is an advantage
