This is an excellent opportunity with a global Asset Management firm that is expanding their European Distribution team. The Investor Relations Associate is a central position, with the primary responsibility for aiding sales and client management in Switzerland.
Working closely with the Sales Director, the Investor Relations Associate will have responsibility for:
- Undertaking research on target markets, identifying potential prospects and suitable strategies.
- Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
- Pro-actively playing an important role in system usage enhancement to aid business development.
- Proactively coordinating meetings with prospects, clients, and consultants.
- Ensuring marketing materials and RFPs are coordinated internally and have input into final messaging.
Our client is looking for a candidate that is keen to learn and progress within the business into a Manager level role. Key requirements include:
- Business development or client management experience in the investment management industry.
- Experience supporting institutional or wholesale client markets.
- Investment product knowledge and the drive to expand your understanding of investment funds.
- Fluent language skills in German/German Swiss and English are essential.
- Industry qualifications such as the IMC/CFA, or willingness to study.
