As Jägermeister enters its next chapter, we're looking for our Marketing department in Wolfenbüttel for a Creative Social Media Manager (f/m/d) who can bring our renewed brand positioning and brand typology to life through bold, social-first content.
Working closely with Global Brand Marketing, local markets, creators and agency partners, you'll create engaging content that feels native to each platform while consistently expressing what Jägermeister stands for. You'll combine creativity, cultural awareness and an understanding of social trends to create content that people genuinely want to engage with.
The following tasks are waiting for you: Create and execute social-first content for Jägermeister across relevant social media platforms, from initial idea to finished assetProduce engaging lo-fi, short-form and premium content, including filming, editing and adapting content for different formats and channelsTranslate Jägermeister's brand positioning, global campaigns and creative ideas into authentic and engaging social contentIdentify relevant social trends, platform developments, creator formats and cultural moments and turn them into concrete content opportunitiesDevelop creative concepts, storylines, captions and platform-specific adaptations for social mediaWork hands-on with creators, influencers, agencies and production partners to bring content ideas to lifeCollaborate with Global Brand Marketing and local markets to adapt content while ensuring a consistent expression of the Jägermeister brandCreate content that supports community engagement, sparks conversations and encourages participationMonitor content performance and use available insights to continuously improve future contentExperiment with new formats, tools and creative approaches to keep Jägermeister's social content fresh and relevant We're looking for someone who...Is passionate about creating social media content and bringing ideas to lifeHas a degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable field and first relevant professional experience in social media or content creationHas hands-on experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ShortsIs confident in filming, editing, storytelling and copywriting and enjoys doing these things personallyUnderstands how content needs to differ across social platforms and knows what makes content feel native rather than adapted from traditional advertisingHas a strong eye for visual storytelling, social trends and digital cultureIs comfortable using relevant content creation, editing and social media toolsEnjoys collaborating with creators, agencies and production partners while remaining actively involved in the content itselfIs curious and willing to test new formats, technologies and creative approachesWorks independently, pragmatically and with a strong hands-on mentalitySpeaks fluent English; German is a plus
