The Services organization is a key driver of growth for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Within Services, the Security Solutions Product Line is responsible for Mastercard’s safety and security-related product development efforts to protect the integrity of payments, digital payments, and cybersecurity. Its products and platforms encompass cyber security, identity, financial crimes & resiliency, experience & disputes, and fraud domains.
We are looking for a Security Solutions Commercialization Lead for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, reporting to the Commercialization Lead for Continental Europe. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging state-of-the-art products and platforms to drive customer value. He is objective-driven and autonomous, comfortable leading both strategic and operational aspects of a broad product portfolio.
Role
The Security Solutions Commercialization Lead for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland represents the product line in the market and provides subject matter expertise and sales support to drive customer value and business growth for both Mastercard and our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Security Solutions product portfolio in the market: own Security Solutions Go To Market Strategy to enable market product relevance, understand customer and market needs, as well as the competitive landscape for revenue attainment.
- Execute our Global initiatives to improve the Security and Resilience of Mastercard transactions, in line with the regulatory environment (DORA, PSR, MICA, …).
- Maximize the value Mastercard delivers to its customers by leading solution optimization and usage by our customers, leveraging our Customer Success organization.
- Participate in new product developments by leading initial customer engagement and facilitating customer tests and early deployments, with the contribution of the Security Solutions European team.
- Support Services Business Development efforts to generate incremental growth by contributing to the sales process with industry and domain expertise.
- Demonstrate Mastercard thought leadership and expertise by participating in community and industry events.
- Partner with the other Services and Products organizations to bundle initiatives and demonstrate a customer-focused, unified, and differentiated value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the account management team to support Security Solutions products performances and evolutions and drive initiatives with customers.
All About You
- Proven experience in driving product development and commercialization efforts, aligning with new product requirements, and implementing consistent processes to accelerate time-to-market and improve business outcomes.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and product champion by presenting compelling product propositions to senior stakeholders including at demonstrations and industry events.
- Proven success in synthesizing products and services from multiple functional areas into global value propositions that meet customer needs.
- Highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas, with limited supervisory support.
- Cross-functional team leadership experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines.
- Expertise in the payment ecosystem, understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends. Knowledge in the following domains: cyber security, identity, financial crimes & resiliency, experience & disputes, and fraud.
