What You’ll Do
As Office Manager & Business Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of Mastercard’s Germany team and play an important role in ensuring both our people and our business can operate at their best.
You will
- Support Business Growth
- Work closely with our Account Management team on customer initiatives, business reviews, presentations, and strategic projects
- Help coordinate activities involving multiple teams and stakeholders across Mastercard
- Support reporting, analyses, business updates, and customer meeting preparations
- Track actions, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Gain insight into how Mastercard manages customer relationships and drives business growth
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Take ownership of key office operations and help create an outstanding workplace experience
- Coordinate suppliers, vendors, workplace services, and facility-related activities
- Support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and business administration processes
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, employee experience, and workplace services
- Lead Workplace & Health & Safety Activities
- Act as Health & Safety Lead for our Frankfurt office
- Help create a safe, compliant, and welcoming workplace environment
- Partner with colleagues across Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Facilities
