Your Impact Here:
As our Customer Success (Accounts) Manager, you’ll be up close and personal, working with our customers to identify their training needs, develop their account strategy, and implement it as your primary responsibility. You will work closely with your Digital Learning colleagues and Rogée as Customer Success Lead.
From Day 1, you will be introduced to your Accounts and you’ll seek to build a long-term stable relationship with your customers.
In your First 90 Days, you will develop your account strategy in order to strengthen customer loyalty and increase customer value.
On a typical day, you will identify further training needs of your customers, and expand their use of Masterplan to the fullest potential.
You will provide your customers with an in-depth understanding of the platform through regular virtual product trainings.
Within your first 6 Months, you will be contributing to the further development of our product based on the needs of your customers.
During your first Year at Masterplan, you will become one of the key drivers of digitalizing corporate learning for our customers.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
Our 3Ps – positivity, proactivity, and pragmatism, are the trademark of our Commercial team, so you’ll already get us excited if these align with your personal values.
And you’ll get a first date with us if:
- You have an interest in employee training, knowledge transfer, and corporate education.
- You bring 3-5 years of experience in account management/customer success with a sales focus in the B2B SaaS environment.
- You have a talent for communication, and you distinguish yourself through analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- You have an excellent command of German and English languages.
- Ideally, you have already worked with some of our tools (e.g., Salesforce).
