This is your entry into the world of Tech Sales. As a working student in our Sales Development Team, you will be an essential part of our team from the very beginning, actively supporting the first phase of our sales process, and working closely with our experienced SDR and Account Executive team. With us, you will have the chance to hone your tech sales skills, make contacts in the industry, and build a successful long-term SaaS career.
From day one, you will receive all the tools you need to be successful in your role: Salesforce, VOIP, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Teams, and Miro will be among your daily tools.
You will be responsible for cold calling potential new customers and actively optimizing our sales process.
You are our sales inspirator – you will contact potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and phone, try to understand their challenges, and get them excited about our learning offering.
Together with your dedicated Account Executive, you will consider ideal strategies and plan the next steps for your customers.
You will approach potential customers creatively and suggest new ways to convince companies of the benefits of Masterplan.

- You have a high level of determination and ambition and can increase your hourly wage with monthly commissions (up to 21.00€ / hour including commission).
