About the role As a Tech Courses Sales Specialist, you will join a high-performing sales team dedicated to connecting students across Germany with Masterschool’s best-in-class technology courses , offered through the Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) . Our programs – Tech Orientation, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering, Digital Sales Management – equip students with the skills, mentorship, and industry connections needed to excel in today’s tech-driven world. Your primary responsibility is to guide students in identifying their career goals, match them with the right program, and help them secure the Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher). Fluency in English and German are essential. Key Responsibilities Accompany candidates in the process of obtaining the educational voucher. Enrollment: Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein. Directly engage with students to remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements. Consultant: Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires, and guide them in decision-making. Define and track key metrics and KPIs for strong pipeline management and conversion. Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process and work cross-functionally to improve results. Operate at all levels—staying connected to the details—and be willing to tackle any task, big or small, to deliver results. Who are you? You are a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for helping others succeed. As a Tech Courses Sales Specialist, you excel at guiding students across Germany through the enrollment process for technology courses using the Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher). You thrive in a sales environment where you can inspire students, remove barriers, and close enrollments efficiently. You know how to manage a pipeline of candidates, monitor key metrics, and consistently optimize sales processes to achieve and exceed targets. You are a skilled advisor who understands how to match students with the right tech career paths based on their goals and abilities. While you don’t need to be a technical expert, you are tech-savvy and confident discussing educational opportunities in fields like Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering. Your background includes experience in education sales or enrollment consulting, and you’ve successfully supported students through complex processes, such as the Bildungsgutschein. You are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to help students take the next step toward a career in tech. Qualifications Proficiency in English and German is a must. Energy giver – bring enthusiasm and motivation to both students and the team. Proven experience in sales , enrollment consulting, or guiding students through processes like the Bildungsgutschein. Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of fields such as Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering. Salary and terms At Masterschool, we recognize and reward your efforts. Here’s what we offer: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions : Earn an average total of €60,000–€80,000 per year, with no limits on your earning potential. Base Salary : €26,700 per year, plus generous commission opportunities. Full-Time Role : With a steady flow of leads, you\’ll have plenty of opportunities to succeed.
