Role Overview

We are hiring a Swiss Accreditation Lead to spearhead our B2G expansion efforts in the Swiss market. As the Switzerland Accreditation Lead, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute our strategy for growth within the Swiss government-backed vocational education and training market. We are specifically looking for someone who has previously generated substantial revenue from government funding in a tech bootcamp and has a deep understanding of the certification process mechanism.

The ideal candidate thinks big, is biased toward action, and turns their ideas into tangible outcomes. Our hope is that you will grow into leading all Swiss operations at Masterschool.

Key Responsibilities

You will help take critical projects from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 1,000. To do this, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Business Strategy – Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for growth in the Swiss market, including the certification process, course design, and student acquisition.
  • Relentless Execution – Delivering high-quality outcomes and unlocking new revenue streams on tight deadlines while working closely with the wider team.
  • Diving Deep – Defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs, and sharing progress with the company.
  • Inventing New Processes – Building a ‘playbook’ to help establish new systems and scale initiatives in the Swiss market.

  • Expertise in Securing Vocational Education Funding and Accreditation – You have a proven track record of securing education voucher funding through government-backed financial aid programs and vocational training subsidies.
  • Former founder or early employee – You previously built a company or were a key player in scaling a startup.
  • Mission-oriented person – you deeply care about using education to improve people’s lives.
  • High-energy, low-ego professional – you aspire to improve every day and are open to feedback.
