You prepare our 3D printing systems for operation in order to process print jobs in accordance with the production plan. In doing so, you monitor the printing process and ensure that orders are completed on schedule.
Your Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining our metal 3D printing machines
- Operating and maintaining peripheral equipment, e.g. sandblasting cabinets, heat treatment furnaces, powder processing systems, and EDM machines
- Separating components from support structures and build platforms
- Inspecting and documenting component quality using suitable measuring instruments
- Communicating with service technicians during troubleshooting
- Internal communication with production planning
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, such as mold making, toolmaking, machining, industrial mechanics, or similar
- Good German language skills; English is an advantage
- Basic MS Office skills
- Initial knowledge of metal 3D printing is an advantage
- Independent working style with a strong focus on quality and results
- Class B driver's license
- A willingness to continuously learn completes your profile
Aufgaben
Sie versetzen unsere 3D-Druck Anlagen in einen betriebsbereiten Zustand, um die Druckaufträge gemäß des Produktionsplans abzuarbeiten. Dabei überwachen Sie den Druckprozess und sorgen für eine zeitgerechte Verarbeitung der Aufträge. Bedienung und Wartung unserer 3D-Metalldruckmaschinen Bedienung und Wartung von Peripheriegeräten, z.B. Sandstrahlkabinen, Wärmebehandlungsöfen, Pulveraufbereitung und Erodiermaschinen Trennen von Bauteil, Supportstruktur und Bauplattform Kontrolle und Dokumentation der Bauteilqualität mit geeigneten Messmitteln Kommunikation mit Servicetechnikern bei der Störungsbehebung Interne Kommunikation mit der Produktionsplanung
Ihr Profil
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe, wie Formbau, Werkzeug-, Zerspanungs-, Industriemechanik o.ä. Gute Deutschkenntnisse , Englisch von Vorteil MS Office Basiskenntnisse erste Kenntnisse im 3D-Druck mit Metallen von Vorteil selbstständige, qualitäts- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Führerschein Klasse B Ihre Bereitschaft, fortlaufend dazuzulernen rundet Ihr Profil ab
