Team Lead People & Culture

Your mission

1. Build and lead our People & Culture function, developing structured and efficient HR processes.
2. Foster an engaging, inclusive and appreciative company culture that promotes high performance and well-being.
3. Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, providing guidance on all people-related topics.
4. Design and implement a talent strategy that supports our company’s growth, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
5. Enhance employee experience, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, compensation & benefits, and other HR operations.
7. Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a fair and inclusive workplace.
8. Implement scalable HR tools & processes, including automation and HR software (experience with Personio is a plus).

Your profile

1. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
2. Ability to build Human Resources from the ground up, implementing best practices in talent acquisition, culture, and people development.
3. Strong leadership & coaching skills, with a passion for empowering employees and fostering career growth.
4. Deep understanding of modern HR strategies, including DEI, remote work culture, and employee well-being.
5. Hands-on & strategic mindset—you can think big while executing with agility.
6. Expertise in labor law, compliance, and employment regulations in Germany (or ability to navigate legal requirements).
7. Fluent in German and English (Business).
