Product Owner (m/f/d) – Digital Education Platforms in Düsseldorf

Are you interested in digital product management, do you understand how digital applications work, and would you like to use your experience from school, university, science, or further education for projects with real social value? At matrix, we develop digital solutions for educational initiatives such as zdi.nrw or the MINT Campus. We build intelligent dashboards, modern learning and management tools, and decentralized ecosystem functions that relieve education stakeholders of concrete work. And we are harnessing the opportunities of artificial intelligence to make learning and collaboration even smarter.

What matters to us Product responsibility & backlog:

• You translate practical requirements into clear roadmaps and prioritize tasks for our development team (we work agilely & use Asana).
• Designing platforms & dashboards: You will further develop dashboards, learning and community tools that connect educational networks and noticeably simplify everyday life.
• Collaboration in small teams: You work hand in hand with developers, UX designers and stakeholders – pragmatically, focused and on equal terms.
• Leveraging AI & Innovation: You are open to artificial intelligence and enjoy exploring how AI tools can make products and workflows smarter.

That suits you

• You have a background in education, STEM, science or skills development.
• You have experience in agile product management (e.g.,…) B. CMS, Moodle, Web-Apps) and solid technical understanding.
• You think in a solution-oriented way, have a real can-do attitude and appreciate working in manageable, impact-oriented teams in the public good sector.
