Your Profile

You are a committed IT professional with a strong service orientation, passionate about assisting users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. You bring:

• A completed education in IT or an equivalent qualification in the field.
• Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
• Solid knowledge of Windows system administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of network administration (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and foundational IT security principles.
• Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and direct user support.
• A structured, service‑driven approach to work, with the ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with colleagues across departments.
• Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken, to professionally support users and partners.
