Your scope and daily tasks
- Managing the daily documentation processes between the internal and external parties involved using an implemented document management system
- Setting up the working environment in the document management system for new projects
- Carrying out quality checks on the documents
- Controlled transmission of documents to customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Compilation of document packages based on the Pressure Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive and ATEX Directive
Your profile
- Completed degree in technical / economics or IT or comparable training plus relevant professional experience
- general knowledge of engineering terms and understanding of engineering processes
- Professional experience in document management and experience in using a document management system
- Experience in documentation management for large projects
- Basic knowledge of technical documentation according to EU directives (DGRL, ATEX, MR)
- IT knowledge : MS Word and Excel, databases, Adobe Acrobat Professional
- IT affinity and the desire to automate workflows
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- High level of ability to work in a team
