Demand Planner- 12 Months FTC

This is a temporary position based in our Frankfurt office, running until August 2027. The Opportunity Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and collaborating closely with commercial teams to make a real business impact? As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in shaping our demand planning processes and ensuring the right products are available at the right time. The key objectives of this role are to co‑lead the local S experience with planning tools (e.g. Anaplan) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while influencing cross‑functional teams. Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented way of working. Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. What We Offer Gross annual salary range of EUR 58,560 – 69,540 EUR. Paid time off: 30 vacation days + 2 x 0.5 Mattel Days (company day off). Holiday allowance. Hybrid working set‑up.
