Project Manager, Heavy Civil Engineering
MAVERIC BAU GmbH is a heavy civil engineering contractor with offices in Frankfurt and Munich. We self-deliver with our own teams and our own plant, so we control quality, programme and safety from mobilisation to handover. In Germany, our work focuses on grid infrastructure, high-voltage cable routes, substations and data centre projects across the Rhein-Main region.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects.
The role
- Own project delivery: programme, cost, quality and safety
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and plant resources
- Drive commercial performance alongside our commercial team
- Build a strong safety culture on every site
About you
- Degree (Dipl.-Ing., B.Eng. or M.Eng.) in civil engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ project management experience in civil, cable or infrastructure work in Germany
- Knowledge of VOB/B and German construction regulations
- Fluent German and/or English
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Frankfurt area
