We are looking for a Logistics Operation Supervisor to join our and take ownership of Mavi's European logistics operations.

The role requires close collaboration with our Germany-based teams and will be based in Frankfurt, Germany.

What will be expected of you in this role?• You will manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and distribution processes,

• You will oversee 3PL service providers and ensure operational excellence,
• You will drive logistics cost optimization, forecasting and budgeting activities,
• You will manage logistics contracts and support negotiations with logistics partners,
• You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution,
• You will support supply chain planning and inventory management processes to ensure product availability,
• You will work closely with merchandising and product teams to align logistics and product flow requirements,
• You will monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities,
• You will take an active role in warehouse operations and process improvement initiatives.

Why you?• If you are a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields,

• If you have experience in logistics operations, supply chain management and 3PL management,
• If you have strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse and inventory management processes,
• If you have experience in cost optimization, forecasting and contract management processes,
• If you are fluent in German,
• If you have strong analytical thinking, planning and communication skills,
