MavieMe is growing — and we’re entering a really exciting next chapter.
Since launching in 2022, we’ve built one of the leading at-home health testing companies in the DACH region. Our focus so far has been B2C, helping people take control of their health through accessible diagnostics like blood biomarker testing, gut microbiome analysis, allergen screening, and cortisol insights.
Now, we’re building something new.
We’re expanding into
B2B , and we’re looking for a
Business Development & Sales Lead
to help us shape, build, and scale this business from the ground up.
This role is initially a
fixed-term maternity cover (12–18 months, potentially up to 24 months) , with the possibility of longer-term opportunities as the business evolves and grows.
What this role is really about This is not a “maintain and optimize” role — it’s a
build from zero and scale fast
opportunity.
You’ll be responsible for creating our B2B foundation:
Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities and partnerships
Opening new distribution channels and markets
Building a strong, qualified pipeline through proactive outreach
Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal
Shaping how MavieMe enters and grows in the B2B health ecosystem
You’ll work closely with leadership to influence strategy, positioning, and go-to-market direction as we expand beyond B2C.
What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is equal parts
strategist, builder, and closer .
5+ years in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role
Strong experience in the health, wellness, diagnostics, or related space in the DACH region
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
A strong hunter mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments
Fluent in German and English

Compensation From €70,000 + significant OTE (based on experience)
