Overview
Join Max Mara Fashion Group in Munich as CRM Specialist. The CRM Specialist is responsible for ensuring data quality related to customer purchasing behavior, supporting sales staff in the proper use of digital tools, assisting customers throughout their in-store experience, and contributing to the achievement of both qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing predefined objectives regarding digital services and planning individual targets and KPIs.
- Overseeing and monitoring Data Quality activities to support consumer behavior analysis.
- Managing sales to achieve the required qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Managing and resolving any issues related to digital services, reporting them to HQ contacts.
- Training the team and ensuring autonomy in handling digital services and presenting the Home Shopping Experience.
- Promoting, adopting, and developing the use of digital technologies within their function, both in process management and in interactions with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Adopting meaningful behaviors and promoting operational/cultural initiatives for Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business process management, and community engagement.
- Proactively suggesting options beyond the initial request, customizing total looks (including Mix & Match) in a way that is both emotional and appropriate for the consumer.
- Easily providing cross-selling and upselling recommendations.
- Building and strengthening consumer relationships through a personalized approach.
- Ensuring the best consumer experience across online and offline touchpoints, leveraging digital technologies.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion
- Customer-oriented approach
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Sales
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
