Overview
As IT Program Manager, you co-own a company-wide ERP transformation, focusing on technical delivery, architecture and integration quality while driving standardization. You collaborate with management to align business and IT, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with external partners. You will co-chair governance and report to C-level on delivery and architecture topics. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership in a global packaging group.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Co-own end-to-end program delivery (templates and rollout waves)
- Lead technical workstreams; own scope, architecture and integration
- Drive standardization and harmonization across the system landscape
- Manage budgets and timelines; ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT and external partners (D365, ePS, satellite systems)
- Co-chair program governance; prepare Steering Committee decisions on delivery, technical and architectural topics
- Manage risks and escalations; provide transparent C-level reporting
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience leading complex IT programs
- Proven track record with external implementation partners (time, budget, quality)
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise solutions (e.g., D365 F&O/SCM, ePS – a plus)
- Experience driving standardization in complex systems
- Confident communication with C-level stakeholders; sound decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of integration & interface architectures; focus on standardization over customization
- Pragmatic with a clear stance as a template defender and collaborative leadership with business
- Fluent English (C-Level); German is an advantage
