Overview
In this role you will lead MM’s Data & Analytics team to shape the company’s IT strategy and data landscape. You drive transformation across a global industrial organization, implementing new data capabilities and ensuring service excellence. You’ll partner with business experts to turn data into value and influence architectural standards. This is a high-impact leadership position with visible influence on decisions and digital transformation.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the central Data & Analytics team and foster high performance
- Own delivery and continuous improvement of services (Incident, Change, Release Management)
- Optimize service quality with IT providers and business stakeholders
- Build partnerships with business experts and introduce new technologies
- Lead the implementation of the new data landscape with external partners
- Shape architecture and standards across MM
- Drive transformation and data-driven decision-making across the organization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong leadership capabilities with data & analytics expertise
- Experience in leadership roles or comparable positions
- Practical experience managing software implementation projects and digitizing business processes
- Strong analytical skills, independent and solution-oriented
- Hands-on ability to understand complex topics and drive execution
- Fluent executive-level English; German is an advantage
- Knowledge of data and reporting and enterprise architecture concepts
