Are you a specialist in the creation of software documentation?
Are you looking for a new professional challenge in an appreciative environment?
Then join our team as a technical editor.
Your responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of user and system documentation for our software products
- Development of documentation structures with the help of Confluence
- Managing the glossary and terminology of our standard WINPACCS software and coordinating translation projects with external service providers
- Creation of practice-orientated video tutorials to support our WINPACCS users
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of technical documentation or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex relationships in an understandable way
- Experience with software documentation tools and methods (HTML, word processing) and ideally with Confluence
- Reliability and an independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Experience in the field of video production desirable
