Candidaterequirements:

• Bachelor\’sleveldegree,preferablyinengineeringorcomputerscience
• Experienceofopensourcetechnologyandsolutions(ITInfrastructureknowledge-thepersoncancomefromanothersoftwarecompany,systemsintegrator,consultingbusinessorinfrastructurecompanybuttheymusthaveapassionfortech)
• Detailorientedwitheffectivefollow-up
• Experienceinenterprisesoftwareortechnologysalesplanningandexecution
• Trackrecordofachievementinsalestargetsandnewaccountwins
• Self-disciplineandmotivationtobesuccessfulinadistributedteam
• ProfessionalwrittenandspokenEnglish,aswellasanylanguagethatmaybeappropriateforyourtargetmarket
• Abilitytotravelforcustomerengagements,industryeventsandcompanyevents

Note:

The client is a well-known brand, and its salespeople usually excel and exceed targets, but it is difficult to obtain and offer from the business – it will take 2 months and will require real effort from the candidate and includes a written application, an aptitude test, and several rounds of interviews. The rewards are worth it, though, for the successful candidate.
