Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support
- Install, configure and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers and client systems
- Manage the telephone system and mobile devices, including mobile device management (MDM)
- Maintain and enhance the network infrastructure
- Monitor client systems, servers, networks and applications
- Oversee backup and patch management
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy and access permissions
- Contribute to projects to expand and modernise the IT infrastructure
- Coordinate external service providers and support international IT locations
- Create and maintain technical documentation and work instructions
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in administering Windows client systems, servers and networks
- Knowledge of Linux, Veeam and Proxmox is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical skills, a sense of responsibility and a collaborative, service-oriented approach
