Account Executive

We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join one of the groups specialist divisions. This role sits within the Account Handling team, helping to deliver expert communications and creative campaigns.

This division partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, to work on the critical issues of our time, including the climate emergency, national security, social justice, conflict prevention, and sustainable development. We provide a fully integrated, end to end service, combining multi-discipline communications teams with subject matter experts, across the world. Our work is domestic and global, often affecting the most vulnerable in society, with international activity orientated towards conflict affected or developing countries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate account activity through liaising with different internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth day to day delivery of the project.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
  • Participate in creative and strategic planning to optimize project development and identify growth potential.
  • Maintain an activity tracker for the project to ensure tasks progress in accordance with timelines.
  • Coordinate the project level financial process including POs and invoices.
  • Produce status reports and contact reports.

About You:

  • Practical understanding of commercial operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (English).
  • Highly competent on Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Engaged in International Affairs, with a particular focus on the Middle East region.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Internal and external stakeholder management experience
  • Sense of responsibility towards the organization’s reputation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Data oriented and focused on information management.
  • Strong report writing and good presentational skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and formatting is essential.
