Scrum Master (m/w/d) – Agiles Projektumfeld & Team Enablement

Join us at MCA Germany as a Scrum Master (m/w/d) in an agile environment, focusing on team enablement and project management.

We are a company with over 1,500 employees across Europe, developing innovative engineering and IT solutions across various industries. We are currently looking to strengthen our project teams with a skilled Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

Implement and develop agile working methods within interdisciplinary teams
Moderate Scrum events such as planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile practices and mindset
Ensure project transparency, manage sprints, and communicate with project planners
Assist in creating backlogs, roadmaps, and milestone plans
Conduct workshops and training sessions on agile methods like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
Act as the point of contact for project obstacles and drive solutions
Contribute to the agile transformation at team and organizational levels

Qualifications

Technical degree or comparable qualification
Experience in ILS / LSA / LSAR, with knowledge of MIL-STD is preferred
Certified Scrum Master (e.g., PSM, CSM)
Several years of experience in agile project environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Understanding of technical product development processes
Proficiency in MS Office & SAP
Fluent in English (business level), German proficiency (C1) required
Strong communication, moderation skills, and persuasiveness
Service-oriented and results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel internationally
