Scrum Master (m/w/d) – Agiles Projektumfeld & Team Enablement
Join us at MCA Germany as a Scrum Master (m/w/d) in an agile environment, focusing on team enablement and project management.
We are a company with over 1,500 employees across Europe, developing innovative engineering and IT solutions across various industries. We are currently looking to strengthen our project teams with a skilled Scrum Master.
Responsibilities
- Implement and develop agile working methods within interdisciplinary teams
- Moderate Scrum events such as planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile practices and mindset
- Ensure project transparency, manage sprints, and communicate with project planners
- Assist in creating backlogs, roadmaps, and milestone plans
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on agile methods like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Act as the point of contact for project obstacles and drive solutions
- Contribute to the agile transformation at team and organizational levels
Qualifications
- Technical degree or comparable qualification
- Experience in ILS / LSA / LSAR, with knowledge of MIL-STD is preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., PSM, CSM)
- Several years of experience in agile project environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Understanding of technical product development processes
- Proficiency in MS Office & SAP
- Fluent in English (business level), German proficiency (C1) required
- Strong communication, moderation skills, and persuasiveness
- Service-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
