What you'll be doing...
We have a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our McArthurGlen HR team for a 12 months maternity cover. This role requires fluent German and English languages skills and can be based in Germany or London.
As a HR Business Partner for Northern Europe, you will lead in partnering with our local teams, working closely with the leadership team to deliver their business strategy through effective people strategies. You will take full responsibility for the delivery of HR services to your assigned area. This role combines strategic HR delivery with local operational support, making it a great step in your HR career.
The HR Business Partner role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your business partnering skills, forging strong business relationships with the relevant members of the leadership and senior management teams. You will play a crucial role in the success of the organisation as a whole and will employ a varied, generalist HR skill set to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Working closely with colleagues at a country level you will contribute to the positive impact of the HR function.

To be successful you’ll bring...
• Previous experience within a HR Generalist position
• Extensive knowledge in HR with solid employment law knowledge and application of legislation
• Fluent German and English (essential)
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with ability to understand technological changes in this work space and influence change
• Ability to work with numerous internal and external cross functional teams
• Strong communication, influence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with and tolerate ambiguity
