McCue designs and delivers safety and protection solutions for retail and industrial environments. As we grow across Europe, we’re expanding our project team to support customers and deliver installations across the region.
McCue is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installation projects throughout Europe. You will coordinate site activity, installation teams, deliveries, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, to specification, and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Manage installation projects from site assessment through completion.
- Survey sites, assess requirements, and prepare customer quotations.
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and site deliveries.
- Build strong relationships with customers, main contractors, and retailers.
- Select, train, and support installation teams.
- Resolve site issues promptly and keep customers and internal teams informed.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work meets margin expectations.
- Maintain site documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing installation, construction, or other site-based projects.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and multiple active sites.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of site health and safety requirements and project costs.
- Fluent English is required because this role supports projects across Europe. Proficiency in another European language is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% or more across Europe.
