Consultant Real Estate (100%) We are looking for a professional with a strong academic background in Real Estate or a related field, combined with solid experience in the Swiss real estate market, particularly in
German-speaking Switzerland . You bring a strong network, a structured and professional approach, and the ability to navigate complex environments with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the identification and evaluation of strategic locations and growth opportunities
Contributing to market analyses and preparing decision-making materials
Assisting in the development and follow-up of real estate projects
Collaborating closely with Asset Management to optimize the existing portfolio
Preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting lease negotiations and contractual documentation
Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
What You Need to Be Successful
Has a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
Brings solid experience in real estate
Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills
Builds on solid experience in negotiating, drafting, and finalizing contracts and documents with our partners
Is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Has a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Is fluent in German, with excellent skills. French is an asset
Is flexible and open to occasional travel within Switzerland
