Building Services Engineer

The Role As a Building Services Engineer specializing in Heating, you will be responsible for the design, calculation, and specification of heating systems for a diverse range of projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality technical solutions are delivered on time and to specification. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and sizing heating system components and installations Creating and developing 3D models using Revit Supporting concept, detailed design, and execution planning phases Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Assisting with project delivery from design through to commissioning and handover For candidates looking to further develop their careers, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in areas such as client management, site supervision, project leadership, and interdisciplinary engineering projects. About You Qualified Building Services Planner/Engineer specializing in Heating (or equivalent qualification) Ideally 2+ years of experience in the design and planning of heating systems Experience with CAD software; Revit knowledge is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with a structured and proactive approach to work Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
